Geopost

“You were fantastic! The content, timing, and interaction were all of outstanding quality. The content was truly top.”
— Tiphane, We Are Curiosity

Why they came

For Geopost’s 2026 “Build Inclusion Week”, their core goal was to provide practical tools for individual and collective inclusion, with a focus on AI's impact on disability.

This year’s theme was IW26 – Digital for all: when inclusion becomes a collective responsibility. The 2026 themes are parity and disability, with Ettie's talk focusing on disability.

Geopost wanted a talk that:

  • Provided teams with practical tools for individual and collective inclusion.

  • Encouraged disability disclosure and recognition processes, especially in France.

  • Addressed concerns about AI's impact on people with disabilities.

We are Curiosity referred Geopost to Fighting Talk.

Geopost wanted practical, action-oriented tools for digital inclusion.

  • Strategic context: The webinar supports Geopost's disability employment strategy, aiming to increase its rate from 2.6% to 3% this year by fostering an inclusive culture.

  • Key success metrics:

    • High attendance,

    • sustained engagement, and

    • a continuous flow of employee questions, which signal a shift in culture and a willingness to engage.

Webinar Objectives & Success Metrics

  • Core Objective: Deliver practical, action-oriented tools for digital inclusion.

  • Success Metrics:

    • Awareness: Raise awareness of responsible AI use, balancing its opportunities with its risks.

    • Action: Provide employees and managers with concrete actions to foster inclusion and support colleagues.

    • Engagement: Attract and retain a large audience, signaling a shift toward a continuous, ongoing conversation.

    • Culture Shift: Generate employee questions, which the client views as the ultimate success metric, proving the topic has resonated.

Practical tools and best practices for accessible communication.

AI tools, framed around the overlap between accessibility for screen readers and LLMs.

What we did

With We Are Curiosity we created a session that focused on 3 themes:

  • What disability is

  • How to talk about disability

  • Practical tips for digital inclusion.

Geopost's strict content review process requires Ettie to present as a Curiosity consultant, not an independent, to ensure messaging is universally understood across all nationalities.

Ettie adjusted the draft version of the slides to be in-keeping with the overall brand, whilst also making the content accessible. This included updating fonts and reducing words on the slides.

“Your session was the most engaging of the entire week!!”

The impact

Together with We are Curiosity and Geopost, we created a 45 minute talk which focused in on disability, and how to create digital content that includes everyone.

We are Curiosity said that my session was “the most engaging of the entire week!!”

  • 85 people attended live, with 18 more watching the replay → 72% overall participation rate

  • 138 messages and interactions in the chat during your session, the highest of any webinar that week

  • A strong cross-section of business units represented, which was a key goal for the client

And beyond the stats, here's what the Geopost team said about Ettie:

  • "She was really open and dynamic and engaging. She built up a lovely rapport with the people, which is not easy to do when you're doing something virtually."

  • "Her spirit, her energy, even on remote; talking about disability on Teams is not easy, and she has the sensitivity and the good approach. She definitely does it."

  • "Really open to questions, and really clever in the way she approached and answered; which was really appreciated."

“Working with you on this project was a real pleasure from start to finish. You were perfectly prepared, easy to collaborate with, and brought exactly the right energy and expertise that the audience needed.” - Tiphane, We are Curiosity

We are Curiosity have said they are adding this conference to their catalogue so that they can propose it to other clients in the future!
