Words that welcome

Words matter.

Whether you’re telling a story, interviewing a job applicant or creating a slide deck, small changes to your words and images can have a huge impact.

  • Maybe you want to talk about racism, sexism, ableism and everything you’re doing to challenge them. But you’re worried about saying the wrong thing.

  • You’re committed to equity. But you can’t seem to get past all the technical language.

  • Or you’re trying to create products, events and experiences that are genuinely inclusive and accessible. But you don’t know how to make them work better for ADHDers, autistic, dyspraxic, dyslexic, tired or distracted folks.

If you’re ready to become a more inclusive and accessible communicator, I’m here to help you.
